You get 1 month program completely customized towards your goals and level of fitness.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your overall athletic strength & power, build lean muscle mass, an hourglass figure or grow your glutes, this personalized program will provide you with highly effective workouts tailored for YOU and YOUR goals. You’ll get:

For Semi-Private: (2-4 people) (1 hour)
Each session is 1 hour SEMI-PRIVATE training (only 2-4 people). For all levels! You’ll get customized programs to your goals and levels for half the price of 1:1 training!
